My second set of HD25's, left mine in Ibiza last summer. Excellent noise reduction for the club Dj, nice robust minimal design, sharp crisp sound. Been using them for 9 years and they've never let me down at a rave.

Good value for money. Recommended for sound engineers, musicians.

-Sound quality is 9/10. fairly balanced, bass isn't overpowering. Treble is crisp and clear, mids are present.
-Build quality Designed for professional use, so feels durable even though it looks plasticy. A friend has had theirs for years, without breaking. cable is steel.
-all parts are replaceable (though need a torx screwdriver i believe, which are commonly available)
-Small profile- easy to chuck in bag and take.
-cable length is ok for drums, camera monitoring.
-isolation is quite good. blocks out alot of cymbals when playing drums
-Left ear cup swivels to allow 1 ear listening.
-Interesting features Split headband. may be more comfortable for longer use.
-can get really loud... though would damage your hearing if at full volume...
-sound quality is so good, it reveals any problems in the sound, so more for pro use than audiophile- as will show how things sound rather than make audio sound nice. since sound is sharp and accurate, may need to take a break from listening
-cable may not be long enough for other uses as only 1.5m
-isolation blocks out alot of treble, but not alot of bass, so in ears would be better for drumming.

Cable comes down from right side, which is different to some other headphones.
