The Yamaha CLP-230 is the rosewood coloured version of the CLP-230 digital piano. With a built-in song recorder it's for the player seeking a fantastic entry-level digital piano complete with Yamaha's 88-key graded hammer action keyboard, plus a great new stereo piano sample. All of this makes the CLP series more accessible than ever.

Like previous models, all of the CLP230 digital pianos utilise Yamaha 's AWM (Advanced wave memory) tone generation for the ultimate instrument realism. To ensure a warmer, more natural even more enveloping sound, the CLP230 also features new DSS (Dynamic Stereo Sampling) piano samples. The samples are taken at different levels from loud to soft, providing subtle differences in timbre and volume depending upon how hard your touch is. Piano and strings balance perfectly with each other, creating a wonderful orchestral sound, whilst keeping to the discipline of playing Piano.
