A switchable high pass filter (12 dB/octave), adjustable from 12 to 350 Hz, provides effective suppression of low-frequency disturbances. Phase inversion is particularly important when using several microphones, enabling you to eliminate phase cancellation problems, and is essential for decoding M/S setups. Each channel features gain adjustment from -20 to +20 dB: more than enough to convert a semi-professional -10 dBV signal to the professional +4 dBu level or vice versa, or to raise maximum overall system amplification to 80 dB. The TUBE ULTRAGAIN features servo-balanced inputs and outputs with XLR and 1/4" TRS connectors and incorporates like all of the VINTAGER line products the ULTRATUBE circuitry, which allows you to add tube-like warmth to the signal without additional noise.
